Lokpal's new drive: Tender issued for BMW 330 Li fleet

The Office of the Lokpal of India has invited tenders for the purchase of BMW 330 Li (Long Wheel Base) luxury sedans, marking a major administrative upgrade for the anti-corruption body.
According to official sources, the tender process began on 16 October, with the evaluation of bids scheduled to start on 7 November. The Lokpal reportedly plans to procure seven units of the high-end model, each priced at over Rs 60 lakh, taking the total expenditure to more than Rs 5 crore.
