Kashmir on high alert ahead of R-Day

Security forces in Kashmir have stepped up sanitisation and area domination exercises across the Valley ahead of Republic Day to ensure smooth and peaceful celebrations, officials said on Sunday.
Police and paramilitary personnel have been deployed across the city and district headquarters, with checkpoints established at key entry points to monitor movement.
