India Continues to Suspend Indus Water Treaty; Pak Army Shows Collaboration with the Terror Network; India Receives Support from UAE and Japan

This week, India has unequivocally communicated to the global community that "Operation Sindoor" has become its standard approach to combating terrorism, and it will persist in its diplomatic surgical strikes against Pakistan.

Following India's suspension of the vital Indus Water Treaty with Pakistan, it has been met with various threats from Pakistani officials. Recently, Lashkar Chief Hafiz Saeed also issued a warning to the Indian government, threatening severe repercussions if the ban on the Treaty, which is essential for Pakistan's survival, is not lifted.

The Pakistani government has echoed similar sentiments; however, numerous countries, including the UAE and Japan, have voiced their steadfast support for India in its multidimensional fight against terrorism.

This week, India reaffirmed its stance that any engagement between India and Pakistan must be bilateral. During a media briefing, External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal stated that discussions and terrorism cannot coexist. He mentioned that India is willing to talk about the transfer of prominent terrorists whose names were submitted to Pakistan several years ago. He emphasized that any bilateral dialogue regarding Jammu and Kashmir will solely focus on the withdrawal of illegally occupied Indian territory by Pakistan.

Concerning the Indus Waters Treaty, it was made clear that it will remain suspended until Pakistan credibly and irrevocably renounces its support for cross-border terrorism. This declaration has indeed caused concern in Pakistan.

Shaken Pakistani authorities, along with the terrorists, are currently dispatching threat messages to India.
