Delhi Police, NDRF renew MoU to strengthen disaster management training

The Delhi Police and the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have extended their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for another three years, reaffirming their joint commitment to institutionalizing disaster management training for police personnel at the Delhi Police Academy (DPA).

As part of this renewed collaboration, NDRF instructors will continue to conduct regular and specialized training sessions for police trainees of all ranks at the academy. The comprehensive curriculum includes modules on Disaster Management and Preparedness, Rescue Operations, CPR Techniques, Community-Based Disaster Management, and the Incident Response System, aimed at equipping officers with the necessary skills to respond effectively during emergencies.
