Cong gears up for Bihar polls, holds seat sharing discussions

Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge along with Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday met with the leaders of Bihar to discuss the poll preparations and seat sharing ahead of the crucial assembly polls in the state.
The meeting comes days after the Voter Adhikar Yatra led by Rahul Gandhi concluded in Bihar that the party stressed has rejuvenated the workers and cadres across the state.
The meeting was chaired by Kharge and besides Rahul Gandhi, it was also attended by Screening Committee chairman Ajay Maken, KC Venugopal, Bihar incharge Krishna Allavaru, state unit chief Rajesh Kumar, party MPs Tariq Anwar, Mohammad Javed, Akhilesh Prasad Singh, Manoj Kumar, Ranjeet Ranjan, CLP Mohammad Shekeel Ahmed Khan, NSUI incharge Kanhaiya Kumar, Madan Mohan Jha, Pappu Yadav and others.
