Escapee flamingo Frankie ‘spotted’ on France coast

Frankie the flamingo who escaped from Paradise Park, near Hayle

Frankie the flamingo, who has been described as a “naughty teenager’, took flight and escaped the wildife park last Sunday.

A number of sightings have since been reported, with Paradise Park confirming they had received reports of sightings as far as Burton-on-Trent, London and France.

Photos were shared online of a flamingo similar to Frankie, soaring through the air in Brittany and bathing in French waters. They noted that while it does look like Frankie, they cannot confirm for certain.
