Los Angeles-US soccer icon Alex Morgan (right), who inspired the Americans to two Women's World Cup football crowns, announced Thursday that she will retire after a final club match tomorrow.
-
The 35-year-old striker, who also led the USA to 2012 London Olympic gold, also revealed she is pregnant with her second child.
Morgan announced on social media that she will play her last match tomorrow when her San Diego Wave play host to the North Carolina Courage in a National Women's Soccer League match.
Morgan was one of the world's best-known women's players.
