Mngqithi: league position not vital

Mamelodi Sundowns coach Manqoba Mngqithi insists that it's too early to get carried away with their position on the Betway Premiership table.
The Brazilians are level on 21 points with Orlando Pirates, but a better goal difference puts them on top after eight rounds of matches.
Sundowns leapfrogged the Buccaneers on the log standings to assume pole position following the 3-0 win over Sekhukhune United on Saturday.
Pirates could've reclaimed top spot but their 1-0 loss to Stellenbosch FC meant they remained in second position.
"Our focus at this stage is not on whether we are on top of the log or not. It's more about looking at our cycles and whether we are achieving our targets or not," Mngqithi said.
