United chiefs prepared to wait for right training ground sponsor

NEWCASTLE United chiefs have held internal discussions on the prospect of both training ground and training kit sponsors.

It's understood that one of the reasons for a lack of progress on striking new deals is due to the fact that Newcastle want to ensure they accurately represent United's value commercially, meaning they won't be lowballed while holding discussions on potential partners. Toon chiefs aren't ready to undersell themselves with the wider PSR picture still very much part of the conversation behind the scenes.
