Tindale digs in but can't stop Burnmoor falling to defeat on trip to Tynemouth

BURNMOOR were in trouble at Tynemouth, as they slumped to 67-5, with George Stewart claiming 3-17, but then Sean Tindale dug in deep, as he made 65 from 127 balls, to get them to 166 all out.

The home side started well, as Ben Debnam scored 46, Faizan Ghumman 30 and Jack Roys 46, to see them to victory on 168-4.

Felling decided to bat first at Sunderland and Alan Mustard made full use of the decision, by scoring an excellent 104 from 113 balls.

Muhaymen Majeed added 36 and Alasdair Appleby 53 not out from 32 balls and they declared on 251-5.

The Ashbrooke team then had Greg Applegarth make 48, his team were 93 all out, as Appleby claimed 4-11 and Ishaq Khan and Paul Leonard shared six wickets.
