It was one of those huge, unwieldy things, roughly the size of my mum’s old tablecloth.“If the map is badly folded,” his race partner Margo wanted him to know, “it's no reflection on you as a person, Mark.”
Rather an odd comment, don’t you think? Why would Mark have even thought such a thing? We'd seen nothing to suggest he was taking this map-folding struggle personally.
