BAKERY AND CAFE SETS UP CITY BASE AFTER SUCCESS AT POP-UP MARKETS
A SCANDINAVIAN-style bakery and cafe is set to open in Newcastle's historic Grainger Market within days, bringing Swedish traditions to the city for the first time.
And its first customers will be able to sample some of its top treats for free.
Baker and musician Nathalie Stern, who was born and raised in Vasteras, Sweden, and her partner Ben Dickenson, a Newcastle native and creative entrepreneur, have been selling Swedish treats, rooted in Nordic flavours, at popup markets for some time.
