Magpies major boost in bid for Villan Ramsey

NEWCASTLE United could be given a major boost in their pursuit of Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey, according to new reports.

The Athletic claims the Magpies are emerging as the England youth international's preferred destination should he leave Villa Park.
The 24-year-old is in the final 24 months of his contract with the Villans and despite talks to extend his stay, there has been no agreement reached as of yet.
