Juvenile pair can make big impact at Leicester

Trained by Owen Burrows for her owner-breeder Shadwell, this Lope De Vega filly hails from a fine female line with her dam, Talaayeb, a Group Three winner from the family of Oaks-placed Rumoush and 1000 Guineas winner Ghanaati.

Touleen was duly well supported on her racecourse bow, justifying her 2-1 favourite tag by racing prominently over seven furlongs at Newbury and eventually easing to a two-and-a-quarter-length victory.
