Jealous bully attacked his ex

JEALOUS Christopher Wilson subjected his former partner’s new man to a sustained attack after spotting them together during a night out.

Wilson “lost it” and carried out three episodes of violence on Wayne Parker and also pushed ex, Clare Edwards, to the ground, during ugly scenes on the street in South Shields.

Newcastle Crown Court heard Ms Edwards had been in a relationship with Mr Parker since November 2023 and in July last year they and Mr Parker's son and his girlfriend went out drinking, initially in North Shields and then to a bar in South Shields.

When they got there, they noticed Wilson was in the same bar.

There had been no issue between them in the bar but after a while they decided to leave because they didn’t want anything to happen with Wilson.
