IT might only be the middle of September, but there was a real chill in the air in County Durham on Friday night as Psycho Path made its return for 2025, bigger and scarier than ever.

And there was one particular attraction at this year’s event that was the stuff of nightmares and left me absolutely terrified.

Ever since it launched in 2018, Psycho Path has cemented itself as a Halloween event that even if you know you're going to be petrified, it draws you back every time. Its big on budget, it’s big on scale and it’s definitely big on scares, making it an experience that is most definitely NOT for the faint hearted. Having been unable to go last year, I found myself getting those same nervous knots in my stomach I had when I first went seven years ago.
