Cats find Swans hard to catch on Wearside
The Chronicle

SUNDERLAND take on Swansea City at the Stadium of Light knowing they must end a poor run of home form against the Welshmen to claim victory.
The Black Cats, who secured a place in the Championship play-offs with their 0-0 draw at Norwich on Tuesday, won 3-2 at Swansea despite being two goals down earlier this season.
However, the Black Cats haven't got the better of the Welsh side on Wearside in their last seven attempts.
The Stadium of Light has become a happy hunting ground for Swansea in recent years, with three draws and four away wins. Sunderland have only scored four times in those seven games and have shipped 11 goals.
You must return to January 2012 to find Sunderland's last win over the Swans on home soil. A lot has happened since then, but ahead of today’s clash at the Stadium of Light, we look at who was in the Sunderland team that day.
Sunderland starting XI
Belgian shot-stopper Simon Mignolet started the game for the Black Cats. Mignolet spent three seasons on Wearside and made 101 appearances before moving to Liverpool.
