Burn: I understand frustration of fans

SIDELINED DEFENDER DUE BACK IN ACTION SOON
NEWCASTLE United defender Dan Burn admits he can understand why there has been a "little bit of frustration" among the club's supporters this season.
The Magpies have endured an up-and-down season so far and that has been reflected in the inconsistency of their performances.
Newcastle have won just two games away from home in the Premier League all season and there have been some poor displays on the road, particularly the derby defeat to Sunderland last month, that have drawn plenty of criticism.
But their home form, on the whole, has been fantastic and they remain in all four competitions, having reached the semifinals of the Carabao Cup, the fourth round of the FA Cup and are on course to qualify for the Champions League knockout rounds for the first time in the club's history.
Their season can be probably summed up across their last three Premier League games, where wins over Burnley, Crystal Palace and Leeds lifted Eddie Howe's side from 14th in the table, up to sixth - such is the congested nature of the Premier League standings this season.
