Seafood restaurant dives into city

CHESTER’S newest restaurant The Sandbar will open its doors on August 1.
Describing itself as the city’s first dedicated seafood restaurant, the new venue is launching at the old Watergate Street site recently occupied by The Henry Potts and before that the Fat Cat.
The restaurant is the latest opening from the team behind the award-winning Sandbar Seafood Shack in Chester Market and will offer seasonal dishes inspired by seafood cookery from around the world.
