Police aim to tackle 'Fatal 5' factors in crashes

CHESHIRE Constabulary is supporting a national operation aimed at addressing the Fatal 5 and reducing criminality on the roads.

The policing operation runs until April 28 and focuses on the five key factors that contribute to the majority of serious and fatal road collisions: speeding, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, distracted driving, not wearing seatbelts and careless driving.
