Man plagued victim with 126 calls and texts in two hours

A CONTROLLING man stalked and harassed a woman he was in a relationship with before bombarding her with 126 calls and texts in just two hours.

James Hall blocked the victim's access to friends, even deleting people from her social media profiles, and demanded access to her location in a horrific campaign of coercive abuse.

The 32-year-old, who previously lived in Sandbach, had been in an on and off relationship with the victim since 2021, Cheshire Police said.

The victim told of how Hall would message her or contact others to check on her whereabouts, making her send him her location along with images to confirm where she was.

She also reported that he had limited her access to her friends and even contacted others pretending to be her and then deleting them as friends on her social media accounts.
