A DAD complained about not being able to hear out of his right ear before he collapsed in his bedroom.
Lee Bernard had been plagued with a suspected ear infection for months before his condition worsened and was admitted to hospital after suffering a seizure in his bedroom.
The 36-year-old complained to his colleagues about being unable to hear out of his right ear before going to the doctors and being given antibiotics.
The receptionist at The MOT and Service Centre in Chester told his manager, Wayne Elliott, his ear was getting better but just hours before he was due back into work after a holiday, he called in sick.
