Flat 'plagued by anti-social behaviour' closed down

ANOTHER house plagued by anti-social behaviour has been closed down by Blacon Beat Team officers.
The team secured a full closure order on the flat in Augusta House, Byron Close, Blacon following reports of drug abuse, anti-social behaviour and associated violence.
On May 2, officers attended Chester Magistrates Court to secure a closure order under the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
The order, which came into effect from May 2 and will run for three months, is a direct result of officers responding to the concerns raised by residents regarding the behaviour at the property.
