'Will restart development works stalled by AAP'

Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Harish Khurana exuded confidence that he will come out victorious in the upcoming Delhi Assembly Elections, and said that BJP will ‘retart’ all the development works “stalled” by the ruling Aam Aadmi Party.
