Police Marks International Day Against Drug Abuse

On the occasion of International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, the Jammu and Kashmir Police organized a series of awareness and outreach programmes across the Kashmir Valley, reaffirming its commitment to building a drug-free society.
The main event was held at the Youth Development and Rehabilitation Centre (YDRC), Eidgah Srinagar, and was inaugurated with a welcome note by Dr. Mohammad Muzafer Khan, Director of the centre. The programme was graced by Shri Peer Zahoor Ahmad (SP), SO to DIG CKR, who served as the chief guest. Also in attendance were SP North Srinagar Shri Showkat Ahmad, SDPO Khanyar, and other senior police officials.
