In a significant address during the World EcoLnomic Forum (WEF) summit, Union Minister Smriti Irani praised Prime Minister Modi's decade-long leadership, highlighting his focus on women as the driving force behind India's development. The Minister emphasized the nation's appeal for digital infrastructure investments and the global interest generated by India's ambitious hydrogen project.
Irani spoke about the development mantra of "Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas," aligning it with the alliance announced at the WEF, termed as 'Sabka Prayas.' She revealed that over 10,000 companies had expressed interest in investing under PM Modi's inclusive growth agenda.
During her participation at the WEF summit, Irani engaged in productive discussions with global leaders. Notably, she met with Uber's Global Senior Vice President, Jill Hazelbaker, to discuss enhancing seamless mobility and electrifying transportation in India for a sustainable future.
The Minister also held talks with Karoline Edtstadler, the Federal Minister for the EU and Constitution of the Republic of Austria, exploring avenues for deepening IndiaAustria cooperation across various sectors.
