The recently formed National Cooperative for Exports Ltd (NCEL) has received orders of Rs 7,000 crore thus far, according to a statement made by Cooperation Minister Amit Shah on Monday. In addition to ensuring that the benefits of exports reach cooperative members, Shah announced the introduction of NCEL’s new website and logo here. The cooperative will also share with these farmers approximately 50% of the export profit that exceeds the minimum support price.
