This ambitious project aims to create sustainable employment opportunities and promote self-reliance, driving economic growth and social progress.
Key Aspects of the Initiative The initiative addresses critical challenges such as unemployment and the need for financial independence by focusing on several key areas:
Job Creation: The project plans to generate over 100,000 startups for women. These opportunities will include roles such as e-rickshaw drivers, food cart managers, loader rickshaw operators, delivery service providers, and mobile e-shop owners.
Training Programs: Comprehensive training will be offered to equip participants with essential skills. This includes business management training, guidance on utilizing government schemes, and assistance in securing loans through banks and financial institutions.
