Jupiter hospitals receives SEBI approval for Maiden Public Issue

In the pre-IPO (initial public offering) phase, institutional investors contributed Rs 123 crore to the multispecialty hospital group Jupiter Life Line Hospitals.

Additionally, the company has gained permission from capital markets watchdog Sebi to raise money through an IPO. A Tuesday update with the regulator revealed that it had received Sebi’s observation letter on August 11. According to a public statement, the company issued 16.7 lakh shares at a price of Rs 735 each.
