DLF to launch properties worth Rs 80,000 crore over next 3-4 yrs

Real estate giant DLF is gearing up to launch properties worth nearly Rs 80,000 crore over the next 3-4 years, aiming to capitalize on the increasing demand for housing and commercial projects.

As the largest real estate firm in India by market capitalization, DLF achieved property sales worth Rs 15,000 crore during the fiscal year 2022-23 and anticipates surpassing this figure in the current fiscal year based on the sales bookings recorded in the first three quarters.
In line with its ambitious plans, DLF aims to introduce 10 million square feet of area in the next financial year, with a revenue potential of Rs 32,000 crore. Additionally, it has identified another 22 million square feet area expected to yield an estimated revenue of Rs 46,850 crore for the fiscal year 202425 and beyond. The majority of the upcoming projects will focus on residential properties, particularly in the luxury and ultra-luxury segments, with emphasis on key markets such as Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Goa, and Chennai.
