Arunachal CM Khandu announces plans for mission Olympic 2028 and 2032 roadmaps

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu announced on Thursday the state government’s preparation of ‘Mission Olympic 2028’ and ‘Mission Olympic 2032’ roadmaps as part of its ambitious 100-day action plan.

This initiative aims to identify and develop talented athletes to represent India at the Olympics, ensuring the roadmap’s finalization and implementation within the first hundred days of the new government.
During the inauguration of a FIFA Standard Artificial Turf Football Ground at the Gyalwa Tsangyang Gyatso High Altitude Stadium in Tawang, Khandu emphasized the goal of sending numerous athletes from Arunachal Pradesh to the Olympics. He also highlighted the ongoing development of a new youth policy designed to nurture young talents in various fields, which is also a component of the state’s 100day action plan.
