Ice at risk

OPM hitmaker Ice Seguerra admits that at this point, she’s doing something very risky by letting people in to the inner sanctum of her life through her new album and a 2-night series of concerts (September 12 and 13, Newport Theater).

Emerging from the recent death of her mother, Caridad, Ice said, “I'm very raw and more vulnerable, but that probably helps me to be more free as an artist.”

Ice dropped on August 8 his first all-original album called “Being Ice,” made up of songs he himself penned or co-wrote with Jonathan Manalo, reflecting his journey towards courage and maturity.

Topping the list are “Wag na lang Pala” and “Nandyan Ka.”
