Ibinasura ng Quezon City Prosecutor's office ang reklamong estafa na isinampa ng GMA Network laban sa executives ng Television and Production Exponents (TAPE), Inc.
Sa resolusyong inilabas nung October 8, ni Assistant City Prosecutor Kennix R. de Dios of Quezon City, officially dismissed ang complaint laban sa TAPE executives kabilang na sina Romeo Jalosjos, Jr., Romeo Jalosjos, Sr., Michaela Magtoto, Zenaida Buenavista, Malou Choa-Fagar at Seth Fred erick “Bullet” Jalosjos.
Ayon sa resolution, “the complainant did not establish prima facie evidence of estafa under Article 315 of the Revised Penal Code.
