Canadian caught with P167-M shabu at NAIA

A female Canadian national was arrested on Monday, July 14, for carrying around P167.7 million worth of shabu at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said.
The 62 year-old passenger was nabbed during an interdiction operation conducted by the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Inter-Agency Drug Interdiction Task Group (NAIA-IADITG).
Authorities immediately inspected the black luggage brought in by the woman who arrived from Toronto, Canada via Hong Kong.
