December is one of the busiest months of the year.
-
Between work, family events and festive preparations, it is easy to feel tired and run down. Many people notice their energy dipping at this time and it can be hard to keep on top of everything.
But there are simple things you can do to help stay energised throughout the month.
Sleep is one of the most important factors. Even with busy schedules, try to keep a regular bedtime and wake-up time.
Aim for seven to nine hours of sleep each night.
If you are struggling, a short 20-minute nap during the day can also help refresh you.
