Header cases triple in recent months
FOOTBALL chiefs are now facing concussion compensation demands from 93 former players and their families.
The number of claims, lodged in separate group actions, has tripled in recent months amid speculation that payouts could total hundreds of millions of pounds.
The latest filings include 60 new claims related to stars, including the former Aston Villa captain Chris Nicholl, who died aged 77 in 2024.
