Plea for help after vermin horror

ATS are shown running freely around a refuge housing at-risk women and children in a shocking new video.

The refuge is supposed to be a safe place for Birmingham's most vulnerable, but one of the residents says the clip highlights the sad reality of the UK in 2025.

Dr Leeza Gordon published the video in a desperate plea for help with what she says is a public health concern.

The mum-of-two said problems have been ongoing since February, and have only got worse.

What began as scratching noises and droppings led to sightings and a dead rat blocking the toilet.

"I'm trying to hold back the tears," said Dr Gordon, who lives there alongside 18 families fleeing abuse with their young children.
