Scott knows one slip can be dangerous but one win can spark Killie's bid to surge up the table

SCOTT TIFFONEY insists it's not all doom and gloom at Kilmarnock - as he eyes a win over Aberdeen today to reignite their top-six hopes.

The Rugby Park wide man knows first hand how a run of form can see clubs sneak into the top half of the table come April after his first season at Dundee two years ago.

But he has also experienced the opposite end of the spectrum after scraping survival with the Dark Blues on the final day of the last campaign.

That is why Tiffoney is ruling out nothing at this stage despite a torrid run that has seen Killie plummet from third to 10th in two months, leaving them nine points off the mid-table Dons.

But ahead of today's Pittodrie clash, the 27-year-old rejected suggestions Stuart Kettlewell's Killie side are embroiled in a relegation battle.
