BEAMING twins Riley and Halle Davidson have reason to smile as they continue a family tradition of being born on the 27th of a month.

- BY LUCY LAING

The Scots tots, six months old today, beat estimated odds of 700million to one to become the sixth and seventh members of their family’s special club.

The Davidson twins’ mum, Cara Graham, 31, and their great-grandpa Tommy Graham, who died in 2017, were both born on May 27.

The babies’ father Ryan Davidson has a birthday today, turning 34.

His dad Mark's birthday is September 27 and his uncle Michael McCormack’s is December 27.

Cara, who is an early years worker, said: “When I was pregnant, Ryan said how weird it would be if they were born on the 27th. But we never believed that it was going to happen, as it wasn't our original due date.”

Cara had suffered a miscarriage previously so had a six-week scan after getting cramping.
