'I FEEL LIKE I'VE MISSED OUT ON SO MUCH'

"I'm a mum-of-two - one girl, now 20, and a boy of 16.

Prior to having children, I'd join in with fitness classes, running and dancing. My bladder got worse after my daughter's birth but it was just with the odd sneeze or hard laugh. After my second baby, it never recovered.

"I did pelvic floor exercises when I remembered but gradually things deteriorated, so I stopped doing anything that would put extra pressure on my bladder.
