Former Pars kid Josh relishing his Wembley bow
LAST time Josh Edwards was at Wembley he was on a tour with his dad.
This afternoon, the Scot will have access to all areas as he attempts to win Charlton a dream ticket to the English Championship.
The former Dunfermline defender will be looking to help the Addicks take care of London rivals Leyton Orient so he can walk up the 107 Wembley steps to lift the League One play-off trophy.
Edwards said: “I did the old Wembley tour when I was a teenager with my dad.
“So I have been there but it was a long time ago and I've never seen a game there.
“I've pictures taken with me sitting on the bench. I'm sure my dad will get them back out at some point.”
The 24-year-old has experienced playing at the Hampden, Ibrox and Celtic Park but accepts this afternoon will be the biggest of the lot given the high stakes.
He said: “It's probably the biggest game in my career.
