CLINICAL Falkirk underlined their top-six credentials on a day when St Mirren's lack of bite in front of goal was again evident.
Second-half goals from Finn Yeats and Calvin Miller gave the Bairns a comfortable victory - but Buddies boss Stephen Robinson was furious at the lack of a reaction from his side after their insipid defeat to Motherwell last weekend.
And he also told fringe players who have moaned about a lack of game time that now is the time to turn up as he deals with a mounting injury crisis.
“The performance was totally unacceptable,” he said. “Last week against Motherwell, I remained nice and calm because it was a one-off, we believe. But we got the same level of performance today.
“Decision-making was incredibly poor for the two goals. It is inexplicable the decisions we made. Performance levels over the last two games have really dropped.
