PANIC ATTACK boosted Dan Skelton's trainers' title offensive in the Paddy Power Gold Cup.
The handler admitted he had aimed the nine-year-old at this historic handicap chase since she bolted up in a valuable handicap at Windsor in January. The mare was held up in the middle of the pack for much of the 2m 4f trip by Harry Skelton on her first run for 280 days as Il Ridoto made a bold defence of his title from the front.
