AMBULANCE chiefs have been accused of acting too late in tackling a culture of sexual harassment after a paramedic was found guilty of five sex offences.

After Gavin Boa was convicted of bombarding two colleagues with porn and exposing himself, posters were put up in bases around Scotland warning against sexual harassment.

In a trial at Paisley Sheriff Court Boa, 32, claimed the Scot-tish Ambulance Service (SAS) was rife with "sexualised banter" and was part of the culture.
