Poch at boiling point as Bees turn up the heat

A FULL moon close to Halloween...and it was Chelsea boss Mauricio Pochettino left howling in frustration.

Brentford became the first Premier League side to win on their first three visits to Stamford Bridge thanks to second-half goals by Ethan Pinnock and Bryan Mbeumo.

Fuming Pochettino lost his rag over several flashpoints and admitted: "We need to be more clinical and be strong. I thought we dominated and created chances but if you don't score the confidence goes down. We need to work really hard to change this dynamic."

Poch's men controlled the opening period despite missing key players. Influential Enzo Fernandez was the latest, after the birth of his child, though Cole Palmer's ability to pull the strings belies his years. Twice in the opening 45 minutes, the England Under-21 ace prised open the Brentford defence with pinpoint crosses.
