Ken: Giving pal Steve BBC honour Wright thing to do

VETERAN radio presenter Ken Bruce is calling for a BBC memorial to honour DJ Steve Wright.

The 73-year-old star, who left Radio 2 last year, feels his former colleague and friend, who died in February aged 69, should be acknowledged in the same way as Sir Terry Wogan, who had a building named after him.

BBC Western House, located next to New Broadcasting House in central London, was renamed as Wogan House in 2016.
