TORIES fear Nigel Farage will stage a devastating political comeback if the Government does not act to stop the European Court of Human Rights derailing its crackdown on illegal migration.

The Supreme Court will rule on Wednesday whether the scheme to send asylum seekers to Rwanda conforms to the European Convention.

Tories say if the court gives the thumbs down, the Government must take immediate action to ensure the ECHR cannot stop the flights.
