Bereaved mother begs the public to write for the right to clean air

THE mother of a schoolgirl killed by air pollution 12 years ago is urging people to join her battle to make clean air a right.

Rosamund Adoo-Kissi-Debrah's daughter Ella, nine, suffered a deadly asthma attack in February 2013 after being exposed to excessive amounts of toxins. In a landmark coroner's case in 2020, she became the first person to have air pollution listed as a cause of death at an inquest in the UK.
