Plan tabled to build 125 homes near Link Road

PLANS have been shared to build 125 new homes in part of Stockport.
Miller Homes is hoping to build the properties on a piece of land located off Moor Lane in Woodford.
Planning reports sent to Stockport councils say the area is currently used for farming and is an 'obvious location' for this type of development. It states that the area is a 'sustainable location, close to a range of services and facilities.
It adds: 'Bramhall Local Centre is approximately 1.3km to the north which offers a range of services and facilities, including restaurants, banks, convenience stores, cafés, post offices and supermarkets.
