Diligenta employees take part in the one-day dispute
Staff employed at a Stirling finance sector outsourcing firm have walked out as part of a national strike on a pay deal.
The industrial action has been organised by the Unite union at the five UK sites of Diligenta - including their base at the Kildean offices in the city.
The one-day walkout took place yesterday (Tuesday), with the union announcing plans for further strikes across four more days if the company fail to offer what it describes as an “acceptable pay deal” to its members.
Around 1,000 Unite members have taken part in the action at the offices in Liverpool, Glasgow, Reading, Edinburgh and Stirling.
